V&A Friday Late ‘Transvision’ curated a series of art installations for one night only at the iconic museum in South Kensington.

These specially curated experiences brought together the very best of motion graphics, music videos, short films, interactive design, music, and architecture.
Kate’s art installation, ‘Reflected Message,’ was a screen-based piece that took inspiration from the fantastic colours and richness of the V&A collection. Kate used a track by the Focus Group for the rhythm of the movement to create a very abstract and colourful response.
The film was animated directly with the audio and was displayed on two portrait screens which were hung amongst the beautiful artifacts of the museum.

Over 6,000 people attended in less than four hours, making this a record-breaking V&A Friday Late event.
transvision featured works from artists Airside, AllOfUs, D-Fuse, Dominic Hailstone, Ed Holdsworth, Hi-ReS!, Intro, Jason Bruges, Neutral, Peepshow, Phillip O’Dwyer, Pre-Loaded, Saam Farahmand, Sennep, tank.tv, The Light Surgeons, Universal Everything, Usman Haque, and UVA.
