on unique canvases
MTV’s European Music Awards took place in the Olympic stadium in Munich with a set that included both hi-res and lo-res screens, forming the backdrop to each performance as well as the stage, to create a truly immersive experience.
This was a unique opportunity to create visuals for the Foo Fighters, one of a number of films created for this high profile event. These took the form of a ground-breaking visual feast of bold graphic patterns, which became a signature look of Kate’s work.
Visuals for Mika’s surreal and fantastical performance of ‘Grace Kelly’ were also created within in the short two-week schedule.
