Samsung launched their new game-changing phone, the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, at Samsung Unpacked, Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Jack Morton approached us to design and deliver the projection content for the opening of this launch.
This was a two-minute, full 360 degrees, audio-visual experience. The 360 degrees canvas comprised two main screen and fabric fringes, interspersed with lighting strips. Glimpses of the never seen before device were intercut with abstract references to the high quality materials of the handset, and fractals of mirroring, glinting glass. With energy building throughout, lighting drew the eye to the point of reveal.
We worked with an animation team at MPC London to deliver this super-sized 360 degrees content.
